Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Buyer is required to pay for shipping costs for any unwanted or faulty items. Once received we will process your refund within 2-3 business days. Please note that your bank/credit card may take longer to process the refund request.

We are not liable for any returns that are lost in transit. We highly recommend you use a tracking service for all returns.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


We ship to all addresses in Australia from our Australian warehouse. Free shipping applies to all Australian addresses. Please allow up to 10 days for shipping from our supplier if the goods are not in stock at our Australian warehouse. We will contact you if the goods are not in stock as we are more than happy to substitute for a different colour/model if you require the product urgently.

Estimated transit time are as follows:

Sydney Metro = 2-3 Days
Melbourne Metro = 2-3 Days
Brisbane Metro = 2-3 Days
Adelaide Metro = 2-4 Days
Perth Metro = 4-5 Days
All other areas = up to 7 Days
